This is a great opportunity to step into the Executive Assistant role at L&Q. You will be responsible for providing proactive, professional support to our newly appointed Executive Group Director of Customer Services.
To be successful in this role. it is essential that you have relevant PA/EA experience gained within a fast-paced environment and at a Group Director/Executive level. Demonstrable experience of working in a highly confidential environment is essential as is a high level of trust and professionalism. This role would suit someone who is composed, considered, who has exceptional attention to detail and is adept at delivering great customer service. You will need to demonstrate that you have managed a busy workload and be used to meeting deadlines.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for the Executive Group Director’s meeting requests and emails. You will arrange and manage meetings invitations both internally and externally including dealing with external parties, making travel arrangements as required and managing itineraries effectively.
You will be responsible for the production and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of Directors as required including those related to Boards and Executive Committee Meetings.
You will support the Executive Group Director by following up on key actions and data, as well as dealing with escalated customer enquiries and complaints as required and liaising with senior colleagues, to provide satisfactory communication and information.
You will be expected to provide cover for absence within the Executive Assistant team and work alongside any Executive Leaders in the group as required.

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
