Jadecliff Ltd are seeking experienced an organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our top-level executives. As the EA, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s workday, taking care of administrative tasks, and acting as a gatekeeper and representative of the executive to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prioritize tasks and handle urgent issues with ease
- Ensure that all information required by the executive is readily available
- Be proficient in using various technologies such as Microsoft Office, Google programs, and other software tools that would make your job easier
- Be a trouble-shooter for any technology issues that might arise
- Remain calm and collected under pressure
- Represent the executive and the company with the highest level of professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Build and maintain relationships with other team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Anticipate potential problems and overcome them before they occur
- Think on your feet and make informed decisions when necessary
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best possible outcomes for the company
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google programs, and other relevant software tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
- Sharp negotiating skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
