Carbon60 are looking to recruit an Area Catering Manager to join a National Contract Catering company looking after a portfolio of Primary and High Schools in the Bristol Area. This is a great opportunity to join a company with excellent job security and progression opportunities and benefits.
Location: Bristol
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus company vehicle and bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours
The Role:
- Support the Senior Operations Manager across the area.
- Provide on site support and training to school sites.
- Ensure policy compliance on site and escalate any issues.
- Develop and ensure high focus on employee safety and positive client relations.
- Conduct site service evaluations, creating action plans for implemented changes requires.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels in the company and client site.
- To implement and maintain statutory and company standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
- Provide on site pro-active craft and gross margin training to minimise wastage and maximise profit.
The Successful Candidate:
- Catering Background and qualifications
- Experience of contract catering
- Experienced in managing and preferably managing remotely.
