ABOUT YOU
You will have a wealth of experience working at pace and have the resilience to deliver in a timely Manner. You will be the first point of contact for and offer day to day assistance to the Group Chief Financial Officer / Executive Vice President, Industry Services / Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Group, including:
- Proven EA experience in a demanding role supporting multiple people, within a large corporation at board level
- Excellent IT skills - Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience of working simultaneously on multiple projects with precision and pace
- Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
- Administrative excellence with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- Capable of using own judgement and initiative
- Hold the highest levels of trust and confidentiality in their interactions
- Mindful of access to highly confidential information and GDPR
- A positive, can-do mindset with high willingness to learn and adapt, and welcome feedback
- Excellent people skills with the ability to liaise with people at differing levels and from different cultures
- Professional and proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Must be adaptable and possess a flexible approach to working hours, as out of hours support at busy times may be required
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
- Extensive and reactive diary management, reacting to ever changing appointments to ensure effective time management
- Arranging internal/external meetings and related travel accommodation and visas
- Assisting and arranging travel for other employees on an ad-hoc basis, including working with colleagues in global offices
- Monitoring and managing the email inbox of Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Industry Services as required
- Drafting and formatting presentations and documentation including printing and distribution
- Submission of expenses on behalf of the Group Chief Financial Officer / Executive Vice President, Industry Services /Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Group
