Job Title: Administrator/Receptionist
Location: UK - Wednesbury
Type: TEMP, Up to 12 weeks
Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 hrs a week)
Are you coming to the end of a contract, been made redundant or just looking for work for the next three months to tide you over?
This will combine both administration and reception duties so lots of variety with the chance to go permanent at the end of the contract. What this means is it gives you enough time to decide if this up your street or not.
What do you need and where will you work?
You’ll need to have some administration and reception experience and you must have a car as the office is situated in a beautiful remote area of High Wycombe.
The skills that our client is looking for include the following:
- Previous administration or receptionist work
- Excellent organisation skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing – must have an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change when needed
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Database etc
