Job Purpose

In this role you will provide efficient and comprehensive Executive Administration (EA) support to the VP, CDTO Office & Digital Accelerator/Chief of Staff to Chief Digital Technology Officer, a member of the Global Tech Leadership Team, being their key interface both internally and externally. You will also support the Senior Director, Digital Accelerator with calendar management and key projects to support the OCDTO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full diary management and co-ordination of schedules, including external commitments and extensive travel arrangements and Visa’s.

  • Monitor manager’s inbox and deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence in a proactive and timely manner

  • Follow processes and guidelines for Meeting Management, Catering and Travel and Expenses

  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required including meeting preparation, supporting the running of meetings, events, culture, and engagement activities, depending on current business needs and interests of the person in role.

  • Work closely with the rest of the Tech Executive Assistant team to ensure the smooth and efficient running across Global Digital & Tech with forward planning where possible

  • Manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment without compromising quality of work.

  • Using discretion to perform duties at short notice and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and manage sensitive matters according to GSK policy.

  • Be competent in various GSK systems to complete expenses on time, manage invoices, raise purchase orders in Ariba and use Workday for HR-related activities

  • To live and bring alive the GSK purpose, strategy, and culture.
