Flexible - Chippenham/West Bromwich
Salary - £31,000 per annum - depending on skills and experience

About the role
We are now recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join us on a permanent full time basis.
You will provide comprehensive support to nominated Executive Directors, performing a range of duties to enable them to be effective in their roles by reducing administrative workloads and creating efficiencies. As the interface of the nominated Executive Directors both internally and externally, you will have a responsibility to represent the values and priorities of the company at all times.
You will be required to anticipate needs and ensure the nominated Executive Directors have the level of support they need to execute their duties brilliantly and provide resolution to queries in line with the agreed SLA period.
Within the role, you will maintain a well-organised electronic filing system for emails and documents including tracking responses, flagging key and/or urgent items and managing as appropriate. You will proactively manage calendars and take ownership of the travel itineraries and subsequent expense claims, where required.
You must conduct yourself in a professional and confidential manner at all times, ensuring that the information you come into contact with are kept confidential, with the utmost discretion conducted.
About you
It is essential that you can demonstrate educational qualifications or ability in English and Maths along with strong IT skills.
You will be honest, professional, responsible and able to act with the upmost confidence and discretion at all times while remaining motivated, energetic, and resilient. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and able to work at pace in a changing environment..
Excellent administration and organisational skills are required with the ability to manage, demanding and sometimes conflicting workloads whilst maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
It is also essential that you are highly literate, with excellent written and grammatical skills and proficient with with key Microsoft packages, Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint.
