We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant who will remotely support both internal and external customers, utilising our suite of monitoring tools, technology, and processes. Improving the customer experience and creating exceptional value for our customers.

To be successful in this position:

  • Excellent customer service skills at all levels – both written, verbally and via remote tools
  • Problem solving skills with a natural ability to question the status quo
  • Basic IT literacy around the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Natural ability to learn and develop self to add value to the organization and the customer experience
  • Positive and proactive approach with a tenacious nature.
  • Relationship and negotiation skills to gain trust and engagement.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Collaborative working that drives high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
