An exciting opportunity to join global powerhouse – Frasers Group. At a time of investment, growth and change we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant; a newly created role, to support three of our Executive team. The Executive Assistant function plays an important role in providing professional executive and administrative support to several Executives within Frasers Group.

  • Serve as the Executives right hand and manage everything that the Executives cannot do because of their tight schedule. The Executive Assistant knows the officer´s, wants, strengths, and weaknesses, and handles all the tasks keeping this in mind.
  • Managing incoming memo´s, and business-related documentation, screen it, and work back with the relevant executive to ensure timely follow-ups, setting clear priorities and recommend where executives’ support is needed.
  • Take lead on basic research and organisation of relevant data for internal or external use. Prepare relevant documentation for Executives.
  • Management and coordination of complex diaries across multiple time zones for three stakeholders
  • Coordinate frequent and often last minute international and national travel, producing visa and entry documentation and processing expenses as required
  • Arrange and prepare for meetings and conferences, including editing power-point presentations, detailed agendas and IT set up as required.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings, distribution through the organization, and guiding follow-ups where needed.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • Liaising with other Frasers Group EA’s and PAs as required

Qualifications
  • Proven and demonstrated experience as an EA or PA within a fast-paced environment
  • A high degree of organisational skills, a multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise changing workloads
  • Brings a high level of flexibility and can swiftly adapt to different working styles and business situations.
  • Strong business sense when arrangements and plans need to pivot, and act quickly to make sure alternative solutions are in place.
  • Absolute discretion and trustworthy with confidential information, the strictest respect for confidentiality over any information exposed
  • A highly proactive approach, the perception to instigate improvements and initiative to follow through
  • Very tech savvy and fully conversant with Microsoft office and the in-house packages and procedures
  • Experience working with budgeting and raising of purchase orders.
