We are seeking to recruit am enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic team!
This is a great first step into an administrative career working for the NHS, as we will train, mentor and coach the successful candidate.
We are looking for someone to be part of a busy team, who works confidently and efficiently, demonstrating a helpful, courteous and professional manner at all times.
With a culture of delivering high quality care, your duties will include dealing with a high volume of telephone calls to make appointments for families who use our services, as well as registering referrals, maintaining electronic filing systems and administering the EHCP process. This is a very rewarding but also very busy role and would suit someone who can stay calm under pressure in challenging situations, whilst carrying out a variety of tasks.
If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and ready for a challenge, then you are what we are looking for. You will have the flexibility to deal with interruptions and be an excellent, tactful communicator. You will project a helpful and friendly manner when dealing with patients, carers, staff and other service users.

By the nature of our work you will be required to be confidential, sensitive and discreet, so experience of dealing with members of the public is key. You will be an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be able to work independently to a high standard and have excellent IT skills.
