Job description
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
Calendar Management and Travel Coordination
- Manage multiple executive calendars and ensure that all scheduling conflicts are resolved
- Prioritize meetings and appointments based on business needs and criticality
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Anticipate visa requirements and manage visa applications for international travel
Expenses and Budget
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements for executives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Work with finance and accounting teams to manage budgets and forecasts
Communication and Correspondence
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other documents on behalf of executives
- Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the preparation of presentations, content collation, reports, and other materials
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in similar role supporting senior leaders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling and project management tools
