We are currently looking to recruit a conscientious and reliable Executive Assistant to join our Finance Team on a permanent basis working at our Head Office on site in Banbury. We are happy to consider full or part-time hours.
As an Executive Assistant, your duties will include:
- Support the Chief Financial Officer and Group Finance Director with the effective management of administrative and compliance based matters, with particular focus on general PA duties including diary management, minute-taking, screening and filtering calls and ad-hoc finance tasks, such as expense processing, managing Company Secretarial Submissions or other regulatory procedures
- Liaise with suppliers and other contacts in a professional and efficient manner. Key examples, include utility suppliers, insurers, professional intermediaries and contractors for ad-hoc projects/contracts and agreements
- Assist with the daily management of the company car fleet, whch will include arranging leasing/purchasing agreements, company registration plates, company car allocations and keeping insurance database and car taxes up to date
- Assisting with financial tasks when required, e.g. submit annual dormant accounts and year compliance reporting such as, Payment Practices reporting, confirmation statements and anti-money laundering supervision reporting. Also support the team tasks
- Support with the overall effective running of the finance function in direction from the CFO/GFD.
What we are looking for in our ideal Executive Assistant:
- You must have experience in a similar role, within a finance department/division.
- You must be an outstanding user of all Microsoft software packages, but in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Having fast and accurate keyboard skills is essential for this role
- You will be highly organised and effortlessly be able to prioritise your workload in demanding timescales whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail, being right, first time
- You will be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude, be a real team player and able to collaboratively work with others across numerous functions, maintaining full confidentiality and discretion at all times. You will therefore need to be reliable, trustworthy and efficient
- You must have a full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel using the company pool car when required
