Job Summary
- Works as part of a team to support Institute Chairs and Managers, providing flexible support to projects and individuals as required.
- Receives and screens visitors, answers emails and telephone calls, using independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.
- Acts as the point of contact between Institute Chairs and Managers and their colleagues, liaising on their behalf as agreed.
- Maintains assigned calendar(s), scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences and other events.
- Prepares meeting agendas and presentations, books meeting rooms, performs research for meetings, organizes video conferencing if required for meetings, takes and distributes minutes during meetings, with action updates as required.
