Executive Assistant to CEOs

Role Objective
To be the Executive Assistant to our two CEOs and the Board of Directors and provide EA/administrative to support to the wider management team.
Location
London based with some travel* if required.
* We will endeavour to be as flexible as possible particularly around family commitments.
Reporting
You will report directly to our two CEOs and will be in regular communication with our Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- All EA/administration duties within both CEO’s offices.
- Support to the wider management team.
- Diary management: Extensive diary management of both CEO’s diaries.
- Travel management: Assisting with travel arrangements and travel itineraries when required. including coordinating passport and visa requirements where necessary.
- Office management: Responsible for maintaining the smooth running and organisation of the company’s offices in Peckham and Regents Place.
- Management of internal communications to ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, impact and general reports are maintained.
- Dealing with external correspondence/enquiries.
- Arranging meetings and conference calls as necessary.
- Preparing agendas for Management meetings and attending meetings when necessary to record and distribute minutes to the relevant parties.
- Management of the CIC and CIO Boards and the relevant advisers and trustees.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

- Strong organisational skills; the maestro of multi-tasking, juggling multiple responsibilities whilst remaining approachable to the wider team.
- Exemplary time management skills - the ability to stay on top of deadlines whilst prioritising tasks.
- Excellent computer skills; A tech-savvy individual experienced in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication; A high standard of written and verbal communication in English. Don’t worry if it’s not your first language, we value effective communication above everything else!
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial and curious by nature.
- Positive and engaging personality, with a hands-on approach.
- Accessible and responsive to face to face, phone, written and email communication.
- High integrity, trustworthiness and commitment.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
