The Role
You will support our esteemed Chief People Officer as an Executive Assistant. In our fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, you'll be the master of complexity, handling confidential information while driving the daily operations of our CPO. In addition to this, you will be orchestrating internal communications, managing pivotal events and activities.
You can expect to be responsible for the following:
- Diary management in a fast-paced changing environment
- Organising travel
- Organising learning and development programs
- Preparing contracts of employment and other employee documents
- Managing relationships with external suppliers
- Organising internal events
- Management of the CSR plan including organising community volunteering events
- Tracking people related projects
- Checking and payment of invoices
- Preparing presentations
- Taking minutes and actions and ensuring they are on track
- Co-ordinating content for people updates
- Responding to external suppliers on behalf of the CPO
- Liaising with the Chief of Staff and Marketing to ensure business updates are prepared on time
- Organising office and social events
- Managing the company on-boarding process
The essentials we need from you:
- Previous experience as a PA/EA to C-suite in a fast-paced oranisation
- Familiarity working with HR teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
The nice to haves:
- Previous experience working in a Software business
- Experience using Visio
