Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant for a 10 week contract position, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)
Responsibilities
- Provide range of administration support to the VP Subsea Projects and Commercial & Country Manager UK
- Booking travel/accommodation and arranging visas as required
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings, ensuring efficient and accurate organisation of diary
- Processing expenses · Raising Purchase Orders · Creating Time Cards & Time Writing in GEOS
- Organising external meetings and events · Arranging catering for meetings where required
- Maintaining regular communication with VP and other Directors as appropriate
- Provide cover, as and when required, for other admin colleagues
Requirements
- Business Administration qualification and/or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Experience of working in a similar role Competence and proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Can-do attitude Highly organised
- Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
