Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our CEO's work in a new business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to help ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing paperwork.
2. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Conduct research on various topics related to the business and present findings to the management team.
4. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
5. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of events and other business activities.
7. Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and other business information.
8. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in management, medicine, life science or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Personal or Business Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
9. Eligible to work in the UK

Salary: £26,238.57-£48,118.82 per year
