Job description

Brandwells construction are extremely pleased to offer a very unique Executive Assistant role based in Euston London . This role is to work alongside a very passionate and committed team with an established business background. The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of the growing team and therefore the role will be varied and evolve over time. The senior people within the Foundation are very successful and highly regarded yet approachable and welcoming. The candidate that is successful in this role will be very well looked after and have an opportunity that doesn't come around very often.

Duties Include:

  • Working as part of a team with excellent communication skills and able to have autonomy
  • Receiving and responding to a large number of funding requests
  • Preparing administration and presentations for meetings
  • Fielding calls, emails and correspondence for the Chairperson for the Foundation and and for him personally
  • Office manager responsibilities
  • Some diary co-ordination
  • Some email and letter correspondence for and on behalf of the Chairperson
  • Assisting Finance Director and Foundation Director
  • Regular liaison with all beneficiaries via telephone, letters and emails
  • Processing terms and condition for donations and standing orders
  • Maintaining the application database
  • Correspondence of Application Forms and funding
  • Setting up of financial processes
  • Preparation and circulation of reports for trustees

This role is very much a personality fit, it will suit someone who has a positive attitude, is driven with a professional manner and able to respect confidentiality. The team will grow over time and the objectives of the Foundation will provide a sense of job satisfaction.

It is essential that applications are committed long term to the role as the Foundation has projects that are going to have an impact on people's lives and therefore the team needs to be stable to deliver.

Requirements

GCSE in English and maths

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £44,222.37-£47,084.84 per year
