Fast growing Private Health Business based in the Greater Manchester area requires an Executive Assistant for a senior board member.
This is a vital role for the business and requires some who has vast experience of working in a similar role. Not only with the management of the individual but also in representing the business and having full responsibility for creating important and confidential information.
Duties include:
- Working with the board of the business to ensure that communication is withheld across the business
- Creating important documentation for senior stakeholders and investors
- Assisting with relationship with investors and banks
- Sitting in on meetings in he absence of directors
- Working as an ambassador fop the business at all times
- Plan and support events and networking
- Diary Management
- Travel arrangements
- Ability to use excel and word
- Very well organised
- Good secretarial skills
- Comfortable undertaking marketing duties
The right candidate for this role will have experience in the above and have experience of working with senior management. Project Management is also needed. Some travel will be required with this role.
