The role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Key to supporting the UK Aviation goal of keeping safety, performance, and people at the heart of UK Aviation so we can continue to create a safe and more secure world.
Day to day,
- Set out regular, structured working relationship with MD/FD to ensure workload and priorities remain accurate and changing priorities are actioned in a timely manner.
- Providing a high-quality point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This will include managing calls, filtering and logging email inbox correspondence in a manner that supports the MD and FD prioritise required distribution in a timely manner for action and response.
- Pro-actively managing and co-ordinating diaries and meeting requirements to ensure the right prioritisation; Manages and maximises opportunities for off-site meetings, planning travel, hotel and meeting room bookings ensuring best use of time and logistics when working off-site.
- Trusted with confidential and highly sensitive information relating to internal and external projects, and in some cases, may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Essential experience of the Executive Assistant
- Executive/ personal assistant experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be adjust style to engage and ability to navigate and be comfortable in a matrixed organisation
- Confidence in being able to make diary judgement on behalf of the MD/FD.
- Highly organised, structured, and collaborative in getting things done.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities to meet stakeholder expectations.
This role is full time and is based on site at Crowne House
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
