Role – Executive Assistant

Salary: from £32,200 (dependant on experience)
AWE are currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to provide appropriate, timely and accurate secretarial and administrative support.
Acting as a central point of contact, the ideal candidate will ensure that the Director is always in the right place, at the right time and properly briefed/equipped with the right information. You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised and methodical to ensure information is produced and presented to the highest standards of accuracy.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

Excellent diary management as you will take full ownership and management of the Director's diary, appointments and travel bookings

Efficient organisational skills - Organising complex travel itineraries, adapting to any last minute changes to arrangements. Managing data and documents on behalf of the Director and maintaining the Director’s Action Tracker

The ability to balance conflicting demands and prioritise effectively

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner. Reviewing, prioritising and dealing directly with email and other correspondence on behalf of the Director

A high level of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Office products
Experience working in an Executive support role would be desirable but not essential.
