Executive Assistant
Do you have experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment? Are you highly organised with strong planning skills? If this, is you then we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team based in London.
A bit about the job:
An EA provides effective and efficient high-level executive support to Directors including the prioritisation of work, diary management, meetings management and communication, document
production, quality assurance and governance, with some lower-level support provided to the Directors immediate teams. You will be accountable for highlighting when upcoming cyclical and management deadlines for reports, reviews, budgets are due and chase teams to ensure these deadlines are met. You will be there to assist your director in researching and following up on actions which fall within their responsibility post meetings, and you will also need to help your director prepare for meetings (this includes agendas, pre meeting briefings and meeting papers.)

Ability to solve problems independently and pull in additional support and expertise where required
Experience of meeting / speaking with customers, internal and external stakeholders at chairman / Exec level
Strong networking skills - Strong planning, prioritisation, re-prioritisation, time management and organisation - Business acumen and credibility
Ability to work with extensive amounts of information
