WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Assist leaders in coordinating and managing team routines, events, and activities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Preferably have prior work or current work experience as an Administrative Assistant within Corporate.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level executives.
- Resourceful and able to work autonomously across a complex organizational structure.
- Adaptable and works well with people with different interpersonal styles.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with the highest degree of integrity. Superior interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task in an urgent and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
