Executive Assistant

We are excited to be recruiting an Executive Assistant for our COO here at ATG based in our Central London Head Office. This role assists the COO and Business Development team in all administrative activities and undertakes projects as required.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide full secretarial and administrative services i.e., organising diaries, all travel.
- To deal with all correspondence and manage his email in-box ensuring that emails receive a response, as appropriate.
- To carry out research and projects and report on findings as required.
- To prepare presentations and information packs in conjunction with members of the team.
- To provide back-up secretarial and administrative services to other members of the Senior Leadership Team Executive Directors, as and when required.
- To ensure meeting preparation is carried out and any rooms are booked and set up in advance with all necessary equipment and refreshments, and to ensure any visitors are welcomed appropriately.
- To maintain the relevant files including itineraries for all travel arrangements, to do lists and appointments for the day.
- To manage the admin budget.
- To adhere to all Health & Safety procedures to minimise the risk of injury and accidents.
- To attend training courses as required in order to further self-development.
- To carry out any other reasonable task delegated to you by your line manager, his direct reports or fellow Directors.
Ideally you will have strong organisational and time management skills alongside creative and innovative thinking in relation to problem solving!
