What you need to know:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to support three senior members of our Finance department in our London office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Proactive management of busy calendars – heavy scheduling of meetings and calls across different time zones
Organize and plan any international and domestic travel including flights, hotels and ground transportation
Processing of expenses using the Concur web portal
Support CFO on document production and presentations
Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other reporting as needed
Support pre-meeting preparation and attend team meetings to take minutes – manage and chase actions to ensure all are completed by deadlines
Organise and maintain electronic and manual file systems
Meet & greet external guests, create & maintain a good relationship to be a key point of contact
On boarding new joiners, ordering equipment and access.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services
Confidence in and experience of dealing with senior management and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a good level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
A high level of attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high quality work
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and pragmatic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
