What you need to know:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to support our Global Head of Trade Credit in our London office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Extensive diary, travel and expenses management
  • Organise regular individual and group 121 calls and meetings with Global Management team
  • Collect monthly/quarterly MI reports from country/regional managers and collate into report for wider management circulation
  • Coordinate with FP&A to receive correct Management Information
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for external and internal review meetings, presentations and as and when required
  • Organising annual broker event and coordinating quarterly broker engagements
  • Meet & greet external guests
  • Organising and coordinating agendas for senior staff visiting the London office
  • Screening of calls/email/letters & following up as required
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, including confidence in and experience of dealing with senior management and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a good level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • A high level of attention to detail with the ability produce, accurate, high quality work
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and pragmatic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
