Our client is currently looking for an experienced PA to join their growing team in Shropshire. This role is office based, all candidates applying for this role must be happy with friendly dogs in the office daily.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director's day-to-day activities and managing various office duties. Your responsibilities will include:

Executive Support: Working closely with the Director, you'll assist in managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings. You'll also handle travel arrangements and prepare necessary documents for business engagements.

Office Coordination: You'll be the backbone of our office operations, maintaining office supplies, managing incoming calls and emails, and ensuring the office environment remains efficient and welcoming.

Documentation and Reports: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion is vital in this role, as you'll be entrusted with privileged information.

Project Support: Assisting in various projects, tracking progress, and helping to meet deadlines will be part of your responsibilities.

Professionalism: Demonstrating a professional demeanour and maintaining confidentiality at all times is crucial.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
