What You'll Be Doing:
As our Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director's day-to-day activities and managing various office duties. Your responsibilities will include:
Executive Support: Working closely with the Director, you'll assist in managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings. You'll also handle travel arrangements and prepare necessary documents for business engagements.
Office Coordination: You'll be the backbone of our office operations, maintaining office supplies, managing incoming calls and emails, and ensuring the office environment remains efficient and welcoming.
Documentation and Reports: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion is vital in this role, as you'll be entrusted with privileged information.
Project Support: Assisting in various projects, tracking progress, and helping to meet deadlines will be part of your responsibilities.
