Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Assist in managing the executive team's schedules by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate logistical details and prepare necessary materials.

- Communication Support: Play a role in the communication process, assisting in responding to internal and external inquiries. Gain experience in drafting, editing, and reviewing correspondence, presentations, and reports.

- Travel Coordination: Facilitate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and documentation.

- Meeting Assistance: Gain insight into meeting preparation by helping with agenda creation, document collation, and distribution. Attend meetings to take notes and follow up on action items.

- Stakeholder Relations: Utilize your people skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.

- Project Involvement: Provide support for special projects, assisting in research and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project milestones.

- Expense Tracking: Basics of processing expense reports, monitoring budgets, and maintaining financial records.

- Priority Handling: Assist in identifying urgent matters and facilitating prompt resolution.

- Event Coordination: Planning and executing company events, meetings, and retreats. Assist in logistics, venue selection, catering, and activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Secondary school graduate, or university degree.

- Organization: Strong organizational skills with a desire to learn how to manage multiple tasks.

- Communication: Basic communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Technical Familiarity: Basic computer skills familiarity with social media and the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Interpersonal Skills: Being a people person with the ability to socialize and connect with diverse personalities is important. Attention to first impressions, presentation and appearance.

- Adaptability: Openness to adjusting to changing priorities and learning in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-Solving: Enthusiasm for identifying challenges and contributing ideas for solutions.

Compensation:

- Basic starting salary of £80,000 / year.
