Salary: £35,000-38,000 + Excellent benefits

We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:
- Administrative support to the CEO: diary management; scheduling meetings with rooms and catering as required; completing weekly timesheets; travel, accommodation, and monthly expenses; taking minutes and actions from meetings, ensuring actions are completed.
- Strategic Support to the CEO: reviewing workload and delegating on their behalf; creating and developing documents and materials for internal and external use; and proactively supporting the business priorities.
- Support to the Senior Leadership Team: administrative support to Directors; developing key internal documents; proactively offering support and solutions; leading on and contributing to project work as required by the business.
- Stakeholder management: acting as gatekeeper and main point of contact for key internal and external senior stakeholders e.g. board members and advisors, key clients and prospective clients.
- Managing company events and meetings: including Away Days and ‘People Fridays’, both in-person and virtual. Managing all aspects of booking (budgeting, accommodation, catering, venues for day and evening events); supporting with developing the agenda and content for the day.
- Support management of the office space: liaising with building management and IT service providers; ensuring the office is well-equipped and maintained; managing the meeting rooms and the desk booking system.
Skills and experience
- An experienced Executive Assistant, with notable experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
- Previous experience across a broad range of office and administrative duties
- Previous experience organising and managing company events
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of developing and maintaining relationships, particularly at a senior level.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and experienced in handling multiple projects
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a proactive “can-do” attitude towards their role and supporting the business: a team player.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- An understanding of management consulting is desirable.
