The purpose of this role is to support the Executive Talent & Assessment Director and Executive Assessment Lead in implementing a Executive Assessment strategy as an enabler of next chapter of the transformation journey of Lloyds Banking Group that will help build a strong and purpose-led company.

We would love a BPS-accredited occupational psychologist with executive coaching experience and a consultancy skillset.

The purpose of this role is to support the Executive Talent & Assessment Director and Executive Assessment Lead in implementing a Executive Assessment strategy as an enabler of next chapter of the transformation journey of Lloyds Banking Group that will help build a strong and purpose-led company.
We would love a BPS-accredited occupational psychologist with executive coaching experience and a consultancy skillset.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support the implementation of the strategy underpinning the Executive Assessment Service
  • Project manage parts of the Executive Assessment Service offering for the Top 300 for Selection and Development, e.g., cohort Assessment offerings for selected Talent Pools
  • Help supervise PP colleagues directly involved in and working as part of the Executive Assessment Service, e.g., leverage experience of in-house Hogan trained PP colleagues
  • Support the calibration process for the insights generated by the Executive Assessment Service
  • Conduct Executive Assessments (exc. GEC, GEC and GEC-1 successors) and oversee process of producing attendant reports
  • Ensure all Executive Assessment Data is stored, processed and leveraged within the Group’s Regulatory, Data and Risk Management frameworks
  • Support integration of Executive Assessment Data insights and translate into 1:1 Development Planning and Coaching for Top 300 as appropriate
  • Help use Executive Assessment data to identify meta-themes that feed into the strategy for programmatic Top 300 Leadership Development
  • Work with Talent Team and specifically ITLs so that Executive Assessment Data insights are being leveraged in a fair, balanced and GDPR compliant way
KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
BPS Occupational Psychologist; Experience of Executive Assessments & Coaching; Hogan Toolkit Accredited; BPS Level A and B Test Accredited; Critical and Integrated Thinking; Impact, Gravitas and Credibility at Executive level; Broad-based stakeholder Management and Consultancy Skills.
