Your Role
As a fast-growing company, MedicHut is looking to hire a talented and organised individual to help with the daily runnings of the company. The job role is flexible and will involve a variety of tasks, mainly in the administrative and management side. Tasks will vary, and can include:
Administration
Answering emails, phone calls and social media messages
Answering day-to-day queries from tutors and students
Managing booking of students onto courses
Managing tuition requests
Monitoring tuition hours
Website maintenance
Working with developers to ensure the website remains up-to-date
Project management
Working with contractors to manage a variety of projects, ensure deadlines are met, and ensure quality of work. This can include written work, videos, design, amongst other projects
Marketing and Sales
Utilising email campaigns, social media, and phone calls as trained for the purposes of marketing and sales
Skills:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Well-versed in spreadsheets
-Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects
-Leadership skills (responsible for managing a large cohort of tutors and students)
-Multi-tasking abilities, as the role is varied
-Social media literacy
-Initiative
-Customer management for excellent satisfaction

Requirements:
-The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and project management
-Knowledge of medical school application is not a requirement, but you will be expected to learn and quickly pick up information through training
-University or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not essential
Please note that this is a temporary position, from December-June to cover maternity leave. There is opportunity for the position to become permanent.

Salary: £659.00-£1,083.00 per month
