We’re looking for an Execution Client Service Manager to:
- manage and coordinate the execution set up for new clients trading cash equities with UBS Investment Bank
- carry out the tasks you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and diligent manner
- work across teams and functions to get the client ready to trade asap
- be a role model for our principles and behaviours; inspire others to do the same
Your team
You will be working in the Execution Client Service Management team (ECSM) in London. The ECSM team is the face of UBS to the client, and is responsible for ensuring that both internal stakeholder's and client service's expectations are met and exceeded in getting the client ready to trade.
We work closely with front and back office colleagues globally to manage and coordinate the execution set up, so that the execution, matching and settlement of the first cash equity trades a new client places with UBS is seamless. Our key aim is to deliver excellent client service to trade experience with continuous improvement on process efficiency and controls to reduce post-trade issues.
