We’re looking for an Execution Client Service Manager to:
- manage and coordinate the execution set up for new clients trading cash equities with UBS Investment Bank
- carry out the tasks you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and diligent manner
- work across teams and functions to get the client ready to trade asap
- be a role model for our principles and behaviours; inspire others to do the same
Your team
We work closely with front and back office colleagues globally to manage and coordinate the execution set up, so that the execution, matching and settlement of the first cash equity trades a new client places with UBS is seamless. Our key aim is to deliver excellent client service to trade experience with continuous improvement on process efficiency and controls to reduce post-trade issues.
Your expertise
- a sense of urgency and ownership
- a drive to get things done
- strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to talk to clients
- some experience of the financial services industry in client service or relationship management capacity
- coordination, collaboration and influencing skills
- problem solving skills
- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent

- detailed-orientated and organised
- able to multitask and work under pressure
