Come and join the team for our 2023 season and be part of something special! Each season Warwick Castle hosts fantastic events such as Oktoberfest, The Haunted Castle, Music Concerts and Christmas at the Castle which includes an ice rink and light show.
The Role
We are looking for dynamic Events Team Leaders who are looking for a fun and engaging role. From formal banquets in the Great Hall, to fairy tale weddings, lively themed dinners, conferences and team days, our range of events is incredibly diverse. No two days will ever be the same in this exciting position.
This is a high energy customer facing role. Your role will require you to have the ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring our customers have a great time during their visit.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Leading a team of hosts and supporting the managers for varied events
- Serving food and drinks to guests at their tables
- Cleaning and bussing the tables between courses
- Working on the bar and replenishing drinks
- Interacting with guests and dealing with enquiries
- Organising the marshalling of events
- Supporting with the set up and closedown of events

What do we require from you?
- Excellent awareness of food hygiene standards
- Previous catering experience is desirable
- Great leadership skills
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- High energy and a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to lead a team
- Well presented and leads by example
Due to the nature of the business you will be required to work weekends ,evenings and bank holidays so you must be flexible with working times.
