AIB Security are recruiting for Experienced SIA Door Supervisor Licenced Security for Events based in the Milton Keynes area.

We are recruiting for both Events and Venues in the Milton Keynes area. Must be flexible to work weekends and occasional weekdays. Shifts times can vary depending on event, venue or location.

Across the busy event season, the Events Security Team will have opportunities to work at the MK Bowl, Marshall Arena, Planet Ice, Hotels and much more...!

Skills / Qualities required:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Confident to approach and resolve conflict
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
• Previous door supervisor or events experience would be an advantage, however, must be willing to train and grow within the security industry
• Professional and well-presented appearance
• Reliable and well organised
• Punctual and on time
• Work well as part of a team and as an individual

Rate of Pay & Hours:

• Rate of pay: £12 per hour
• Must be available for weekends and flexible for weekdays
• Minimum of 5 hours per shift (please note; shift times will vary depending upon the event or venue. Some Events can be 8-12 hours)
• Additional shifts will become available for the right applicant
