Job description
The Events Associate will support the efficient and successful delivery of international projects / events, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
This role would be ideal for a very organised person with attention to detail and senior level administration experience.
The role will report into the Events Manager (EMEA) and will work alongside the Events Specialist.
The position is based out of our Sales and Marketing Office in Hemel Hempstead, UK. The role requires to work from our Hemel offices for up to 3 days a week.
What will you do:
- To support the execution and implementation of Pan-European product launches, exhibitions and events, in line with Epson’s business strategy and corporate identity guidelines
- To work with the relevant European stakeholders, relevant sales company / companies and SEC (Seiko Epson Corporation Japan, if appropriate) ensuring materials and activities are accurate and delivered on time
- To brief and manage Epson’s authorised suppliers, ensuring consistent quality, creativity and value for money
- To ensure consistency and accuracy of all materials produced and services delivered
- To maintain first class administration of all exhibitions and events activities, including
PO and budget reporting, managing the PO and invoice payment process and assist in the management of the marketing budget - To provide adequate reporting on Pan-European exhibitions and events
- To be a true brand guardian
What we ask for:
- A strong administrative organisational background
- Microsoft Office applications
- Additional European languages would be an advantage
- Experienced in a creative administration role, ideally an IT background
- Solid marketing/administration experience
- Project management experience
- IT literate
