Job description

Our client is a well-established engineering and manufacturing company. They're looking for an Assembly Fitter to join the team on a full-time, temp to perm basis near Stamford.

Due to the location of the office you will need to have a licence and access to a vehicle

Duties will include
  • Mechanical fitting of metal components
  • Installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Using hand and air tools
  • Testing assembled machines, ensuring the finished product is of high quality
  • Adapting to varying machine specification and customer requirements
You will have experience in an Assembly or Mechanical role as well as
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • High level of accuracy
  • Positive approach to work
  • Ability to work well in a team or on your own
