About the role
As part of the Client Engagement team you will be working on a huge variety of events for corporate clients aiming to reach a public sector and political audience. From online events for 50 to 3000 attendees to roundtables and receptions in parliament. This team also organise larger multi-stream live events in central London and a large number of events at Labour and Conservative Party Conferences. This role involves working with corporate sponsors, MPs, senior civil servants and a wider public sector audience.

What we are looking for
Our ideal candidate will have:
- experience of speaker/sponsor liaison and management
- a to multi-task and work on a range of events and projects at any one time
- strong communication skills
- strong administration and organisation skills
- ability to work to deadlines, responding to changing client needs
- good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- team player with a flexible approach.
- proficient using MS Office applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and adept at learning new software packages.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will:
- Provide project administrative support as required - using Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, file maintenance and website updates
- Deliver online webinars, conferences
- Assist with management of all speakers, content sessions, presentations, and exhibitors across multiple events
- Assist in the marketing of events, including drafting invitations and marketing collateral.
- Implement website updates
- Support with event invitations, and RSVPs, as well as post-event follow ups
- Maintain a high level of professional communication via email and telephone and handle with confidence, delegate enquiries
- Help review and source new venues, caterers, AV suppliers etc
- Undertake and manage event logistics, including travel, couriers, hotel bookings etc
- Prepare event materials and support at events for example with set up/break down, delegate registration, speaker liaison, roving mics etc
- Manager incoming delegate and attendee queries via phone and inbox, providing a high standard of customer service
