Join our team and help us ensure the environmental sustainability of large scale events such as music festivals, concerts, agricultural and sporting events.
We are currently hiring for new team members to join us from Glasgow Summer Sessions and TRNSMT starting at the beginning of June.
Summer Sessions includes gigs from The Arctic Monkeys, Muse and Guns and Roses.
All year round, IMMEDIATE provides essential cleaning and waste management services to Scotland's most exciting events as well as a multi diverse client list and work will be available at many more events across the summer and beyond.
Last year we provided services at The Royal Highland Show, TRNSMT, Hella Mega Tour, Doune the Rabbit Hole, Summer Sessions, Connect Festival, Comic-Con, Blair Atholl Horse Trials, Cocktail Festivals and many more!
We also provide services to indoor event venues such as the O2 Academy and Emirates Arena.
Sustainability is an integral aspect of the events industry and we are recruiting for driven individuals to join our team across Glasgow.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring waste is collected and disposed of using the correct systems for recycling
- Litter-picking
- Servicing Bins
- Preparing event sites for use during build phase
- Returning site to former state during the breakdown phase
Candidate Specifications
- Must be able to work well as part of a team as well as show initiative and drive when working independently.
- Excellent timekeeping is a must
- Able to communicate effectively
- Physically able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Ability to drive and have your own transport to travel to different sites is a huge advantage.
- Can be available to work from 10th June preferred.
- 18+ preferred but not essential
- Perfect for students

Immediate start also available - most of our big events start in June, however, we do have part time work available before then for those interested.
