Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
- Greet and direct guests to their designated areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables and chairs, setting up decorations, and cleaning up after the event
- Monitor event activities to ensure safety and compliance with venue rules and regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other event staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the event
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Note: This position requires a hospitality background or experience in customer service.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
