Job Description – Receptionist (Part-time)
The Receptionist is primarily responsible for greeting clients, maintaining the front desk and assisting the Housing Choice Voucher Program staff with various related tasks.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage the front desk.
- Collect and distribute documents received from clients.
- Answer and distribute all calls.
- Maintain incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain accurate landlord information and records for unit availabilities.
- Prepare meeting room for various functions.
- Review information for accuracy and update information as needed.
- File and maintain confidential records.
- Type of documents from varied forms of copy.
- Data entry and processing in our housing software system.
- Maintain office supply inventory and submit order requests.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Working Knowledge of basic math computation.
- Understanding and working applications of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- A minimum of (2) years of office work experience. Housing Choice Voucher Program or Public Housing Program a plus.
- Tenmast Software knowledge a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
