We think families should be able to spend quality time together in beautiful spaces. Spaces where you can grow, laugh, share, learn, relax, create, kick back and just b_. Oh, also eat and drink, we are all about the good food and cocktails here too. We exist to bring together families, loved ones, friends, young and old, tall and small - everyone. A place you want to be in but more importantly - with the people you want to b_with.

We are looking for …… Event staff to join our team, we are a unique proposition in that we are a restaurant, cooking school, nursery and family members club, we span 4 floors and host member events, children's birthday parties, supper clubs and more. We are looking for team members to join our events team and ensure our events run smoothly from start to finish.

We are looking for...

Adaptable, hard working and happy people to work in a faced paced environment. You will run the event from start to finish, setting up the area in advance ready for arrival, ensuring the area is stocked with the equipment and food and drinks needed. You will serve food and drinks for the event, liaising with other team members to ensure our guests are looked after, gather feedback and escalate any concerns and need for support, clearing the area afterwards, ensuring the area is left clean and ready for the next children who come to use the space. You must love people - especially of the little kind . We want someone who can take ownership of the event and create the best customer experience possible.

Is this you...

Super fun - shiny, happy and full of energy.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English

Have heaps of energy, enthusiasm and playfulness with a natural flair for making kids and adults alike feel happy and at ease
The ability to follow processes

Love to play and find your inner child
Organised, with the ability to adjust work priorities in line with operational needs, and a willingness to get stuck in
A strong team player, able to communicate well across departments, and build strong working relationships
Must be able to be DBS checked which we will cover if you do not currently have one
