As such we are looking for new sales talent to join both the Event Sponsorship side of our business. Individuals with a desire to work on a truly international basis to join us and help us to continue to strengthen our already very strong market position.
We are looking for proactive individuals who have the self drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced Sales environment.
Who are we looking for?:
- Experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in Business Conferences, Trade Shows, Events or in a role where you have been responsible for brokering Meetings Appointments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self motivated and with a desire to spend the majority of your working day prospecting clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools, or at least very strong IT skills.
- Previous experience in sourcing leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube etc.
- The ability to immerse yourself in the industries we work in and to do the research and further learning that is expected of you, in order to succeed.
- Ability to leverage the conference agenda with respect to monetising thought leadership opportunities.
- Comfortable working towards monthly and quarterly targets with a desire to exceed these.
- A natural closer who listens to the prospect and helps them understand the value of working with us.
