Job description
As Weddings Sales Executive, you will be required to maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of social and corporate events sales i.e. Indian/Pakistani weddings, birthdays, Anniversaries, awards nights, gala dinners, Bollywood movie premieres, charity dinnersetc. The Weddings Sales Executivewill be interacting frequently with customers via phone initially by handling telephone enquiries followed by encouraging them by inviting them for face to face meetings with the intention of securing the sales for organising their weddings/eventsfor food catering and décor/design ensuring maximum revenue for the company demonstrating excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the wedding arrangements and by doing so ultimate target will be to maximise sales, earn repeat clients and expansion of overall business.
Specifically, An Events Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Excellent customer services skills
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue
- Build relationships with clients to fully understand their needs
- Motivate clients to arrange meetings and carry out viewings of various venues according to their requirements.
- Building relationship with wedding suppliers and various hotel and venue management
- Participate in promotional activities
- Liaise with the operations team ensuring the smooth running of the exhibition during build up, the event open times and break down.
- Other admin and ad-hoc duties as of when required

You need to be a very passionate, sharp, focused, and motivated sales executive as weddings and events business is a very interesting industry therefore creativity, attention to detail, ability to learn and adapt and passion to seek growth is a must have. Also need to be motivated by individual/team targets and career progression.
You must have persistence, resilience, self-confidence, flexible and a strong work ethic to lead from the front attitude. You should be able to work within the team and in lines with your senior sales manager guidance who will set various sales targets and networking and admin tasks which are required to be fulfilled. You should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values as follow:

- Confident telephone attending manner
- Converting enquiries into sales
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Hindi/urdu language would be ideal
