Your role in a nutshell…
As our trusted Production Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of We Love This, supporting the production team on all build, print and event logistics. You will be across all projects supporting the wider team to deliver impactful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations – you will support on all production operations including the build process, resourcing, procurement, logistics and scheduling. Working to ensure the correct suppliers are brought in for the right jobs, in budget and on time. Working in collaboration with the wider team you will ensure designs and working drawings are achievable within budget and parameters of client brief. Cascading relevant information to the Event Team.
- The Print – you will have a keen eye for detail and love process. You will monitor all the print requirements and support the team to ensure specifications are correct and deadlines are met.
- Process - you love it and work to it. This is key to the successfully delivery of events and workloads across the business.
- Systems – you work effectively on company systems such as Monday and Teams with accurate updates and ensuring we meet all deadlines across the business and with our suppliers.
- Communication – you provide accurate and timely updates on all projects and client developments maximizing the appropriate channels including Monday.com, face to face meetings and supplier calls. You ask questions, cascade information across the in-house teams so that we work together to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
- Project – ensure all build projects are on track for delivery, project meetings are daily, and updates are given via Monday.com at end of every day.
- Meetings – take part in regular production catch ups to run through all build and print elements as well as contributing to all team meetings.
- Creative – working with creative team in a timely manner to cost all requirements and feed into production managers for budget building.
- Budgets and procurement – sourcing the best solutions and the right suppliers you will work with the production manager to build budgets and raise purchase order and expenses.
- AV and tech requirements – you will gain knowledge and understanding on tech requirements so that you can liaise with our AV suppliers to discuss our client requirements and bring in the right tech solutions.
- Site work – you will work on site at events, supporting and managing crew, build and print installations.
- Running – you are able support the team in collecting equipment, loading vans and sorting client assets that are in storage.
- Research - stay up to date and relevant with the latest products and services and creative inspirations.
- Debrief – Responsible for participating in debriefs and sharing key learnings and putting these into practice across the business
- Sustainability - Forward thinking and planning of sustainable options for the reusing and recycling of materials and integrating these into projects.
- Post Event Logistics –ensuring smooth returns storage of goods. Manage team communications client requirements in pre-production stage.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
