We have an exciting new role of Event Porter with us here at Mercedes-Benz World.
This role would include the following duties:
- Setting up rooms and de-rigging rooms for events (often on a daily basis)
- Moving and lifting heavy tables and chairs
- Filling water bottles
- Managing agency porters for larger events
- Maintaining event storage rooms
- Keeping stock count of equipment, cutlery, crockery etc
- Managing linen cleaning contract
- liaising with equipment rental companies
- Polishing cutlery and glassware
Skills required:
- Great communication skills
- Time management
- Organisational skills

Working Pattern:

This role is casual at the moment but will require flexibility in order to work around event bookings.
