Job description
We are currently looking for experienced exams officers to join our Management Information Services department.
Being responsible for managing the effective and efficient administration of external examinations; we are looking for someone with relevant experience of working in a busy examination’s environment who can demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal and strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to deal with customer concerns sensitively and patiently.
5 GCSEs Grade A* - C (Grades 9 – 4), including L2 Maths and English (or equivalent/ demonstrable skills at that level) are needed to be success in this role, alongside a relevant level 3 qualification.
