Purpose of the Role:
To serve as an assistant to the Events Director of Supercar Fest Ltd. You will take control of the office manager role overseeing day to day running of the office alongside other admin tasks such as handling event enquiries and liaising with event suppliers and exhibitors.

Role Dimensions:
The role will predominantly be based at the Supercar Fest home office in Lisburn, NI. The role is part time, 3 days per week, 10am to 3pm and you can choose the days you work each week. As the event dates approach there may be the opportunity to work additional hours/days and you will be required to attend the events as part of the event delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing event enquiries
- Communicating with event suppliers
- Managing event exhibitors
- Gathering quotes
- Booking hotels and flights
- Preparing event collateral
- Dealing with Car Clubs
- General ticketing admin
- Liaise with car transportation company
- Printing, scanning, filing and emailing agreements/contracts/plans
- Assist with basic website edits
- Organisational support in advance of each event
- Coordinate and order event apparel
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- The role requires someone who is detail oriented with strong organisational, time management and coordination skills
- Accounts / business related qualification would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Google Drive (docs & sheets)
- Experience working in a similar environment desired
- Driving Licence required

Package:
- £15.00 per hour
