Office Administrator
Based at our Production facility in Sheerness this role plays an integral part in the day to day running of the operations at Monarch Chemicals.
As an Office Administrator you will be joining a highly motivated workforce that strives to make a difference and support our customer needs
Must have a can do attitude that takes pride in their work that can plan and prioritise workload and operate within an ever changing environment
A good standard of education is required with clear understanding of numeracy and literature

The Office administrator will generate and distribute load picking sheets and drivers run schedules from the logistics co-ordinator routing schedule and to produce delivery notes for the despatches. Reporting to site Operations Manager, the office administrator will be required to work closely and support various departments within the business, In addition to this they must process and log/track the IBC’s onto the computer system and this will demand liaison with the purchasing, production and accounts departments.
Education/Qualifications/Training/Experience required for position:
a. An understanding of business finance with good numeracy skills
b. Excellent oral and communication skills
c. Formal training in stock control and I.T. would be an advantage.
d. Previous experience of operating a computerised stock control system.
e. Good general experience of working in an office environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,800.00 per year
