Job description
We are looking for an Event Assistant to join our team and help coordinate events for our organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for event planning. The Event Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of events, including scheduling, budgeting, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all details are taken care of. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain valuable experience in event planning.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics and activities.
- Manage and maintain event budgets.
- Assist with the development of event materials and promotional items.
- Work with vendors to ensure that all services are provided in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event.
- Provide on-site support during the event.
- Ensure that all event attendees are informed of any changes or updates to the event.
