Location: Coventry, United Kingdom | Salary: £13.00 hourly | Posted: 4 Sep 2023 | Business Unit: UK Secure Solutions | Contracted Hours: Per Diem | Employee Status: Casual | Reference: 6305 Events & Matchday SIA Security Officer - Coventry City FC £13.00 per hour Due to continued growth, we are pleased to announce that we will be providing security services on match days at Coventry City Football Club. We are now actively recruiting for a team of SIA Door Supervisors, both male and female, to undertake various roles, including: Carrying out pre and post event safety checks Pitch protection Searching visitors on entry ensuring that no prohibited or restricted items are taken into the ground Securing licensed and hospitality areas Response Teams Segregation Line Monitoring visitors, crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take appropriate action as necessary Dealing with visitor/crowd disruptions In addition to working at Coventry City FC, you will also have the opportunity to work at other events and venues across The Midlands, including Leicester Tigers and Warwick Races. You will be part of the bigger Events Team, ensuring that some of the UK and the world's biggest events run in a safe, secure way, and that everybody has a first class experience. You'll need your experience as an SIA DS licensed security professional to identify situations before they happen and respond accordingly to those that do. Equally important is your ability to deliver a great customer experience to help create the a unique atmosphere by being friendly, professional and approachable, you'll use common sense to help people and ensure the operation runs smoothly.
